The Layout
With 3,702 square feet, the house never feels crowded. It’s a great setup for multi-generational families or groups of friends, thanks to the two primary suites. One is on the main floor (featuring a great barn door slider), and the other is tucked away upstairs. If you have guests who need a little extra quiet or if someone needs to get some remote work done, there’s a separate 510-square-foot studio above the garage that feels like its own private retreat.
The Kitchen
If you like to cook, you’re going to love this space. We went all-in on the details: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a deep farmhouse sink, and even a pot filler over the stove. It’s wide open and perfect for hanging out while dinner is being prepped.

The house sits on nearly half an acre of flat, usable land. If you have a green thumb, you’ll appreciate the raised beds and the greenhouse—we even have a fruit-bearing avocado tree, which is a rare find in this climate! On the other side of the yard, it’s all about relaxing. You can fire up the BBQ, host a big outdoor lunch, or just end the day in the hot tub.

Two (3) night Minimum
Rate: $400-$475/night weekdays + tax
Cleaning Fee: $300/stay
Sanitation Fee: $50/stay
Damage Protection Fee: $89/stay or month ($5,000 personal property damage)
In order to make a reservation, you will be required to maintain $5,000 of personal property damage protection for a fee of $89/stay or month.
