RUSTIC SUNSET CABIN with steps from backyard directly to sandy BEACH
From the moment you step into Sunset Cabin, you will be captivated by the calming and serene feeling of being on the pristine Oregon coastline, looking through huge picture windows and experiencing the tall open-beam vaulted ceiling.
Nestled cliffside overlooking the endless view of the Pacific, this home offers a dead-end private drive within walking distance to the Port of Brookings Harbor. The living area features a huge brick fireplace and a wide-open floorplan with an upper deck looking down over the comfortable furnishings. The breakfast bar is unique with raised bench seating on one side and tall bar stools facing the kitchen. The master bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor with a small deck off the bedroom allowing the fresh ocean scents and air to drift in. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway by the laundry.
Climb the unique staircase to the upper deck where you’ll find a lofted room featuring a Queen futon and twin bed, then up one more step to another bedroom with a double bed and two more twin beds. You’ll find the new 1/2 bath in the lofted living space.
SUNSET CABIN DETAILS Maximum Occupancy is 8 Three (3) night Minimum Rate: $325/night + tax Cleaning Fee: $200/stay Damage Protection Fee: $89/stay or month ($5,000 personal property damage)
In order to make a reservation, you will be required to maintain $5,000 of personal property damage protection for a fee of $89/stay or month.
