About Optimum Property Management, Inc.

Alice Lindley – Property Manager, is the principal of Optimum Property Management. She takes initiative is resourceful, knowledgeable, personable, and detail-driven. Alice began her property management career in San Diego in the late 1990s doing on-site management while working full time handling complex real estate accounting portfolios for developers, mortgage bankers, and REITs. Working for a national property management firm she received her training and was given the reins to handle a large new construction start-up upscale multi-family community in San Diego and knew she had found her passion. From there Alice went on to manage various communities along with an executive suite operation in La Jolla. She is also certified by HUD as a housing voucher specialist.

Alice moved here in 2003 from San Diego when her Oregonian-born husband wanted to come back to his roots. She is grateful to her former husband for bringing her here to such a pristine, quaint yet vibrant community that has become her home.

Optimum works with local general contractors and service providers to bring value and quality to her represented homes when they need attention. Whether you are a tenant or a homeowner, Alice can bring the necessary resources to the job to make sure things get done and done well, in a timely manner and at a fair price.
